Attention all you YIPPIES!  Coming this fall to the Music Center, an expanded set of options for Pre-school students ages 3 to 5, including the Young People's Guide to the Wonderful World of Sound.

Activities

Yippies, students enrolled in the Young People's Guide to the Wonderful World of Sound , experience, explore, and enjoy sound and music.  Yippies cultivate their capacity to direct movement, and they sing and play with others their own age.

Objectives

The classes are designed to prepare youngsters for more intimate relationships with music and also for enrollment in the Music Center's Core Program.  Yippies also serves as a companion or CMP course option for young students (5 and under) already enrolled in piano or string lessons at the Center.
